To guarantee your reservation, a one-night payment will be requested 30 days prior to check-in. You will receive payment instructions. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

If you decide to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to check-in, no penalty will be applied. However, after that date, the value corresponding to one night’s accommodation will be retained.

In the case of reservations with non-refundable rates, full payment must be made at the time of booking. If you cancel at any time, 100% of the amount paid will be retained.
